- All rules for day scholar students are also applicable to hostel students.
- Hostel students must wear the complete and proper school uniform and carry their ID card while coming to school.
- Hostel students must wear only neat and decent clothes when in casual dress.
- Meals and snacks must be taken in the dining hall only and should not be taken to the rooms.
- Day scholar students are not allowed to bring or purchase any items (such as food, clothes, etc.) for hostel students.
- Students must maintain personal cleanliness and ensure the campus remains clean.
- Students are not allowed to waste water or food.
- Students should not keep any cash, costly items or valuables in the hostel.
- Students must switch off lights and fans when not in use, and ensure that all lights are turned off after 11:00 p.m.
- Any sickness must be reported to the warden. Medicines should be taken only with the knowledge of the warden.
- Mobile phones, music players, cards, cameras, video games, slam books, musical instruments, journals, knives, etc. are prohibited in the hostel. If found, they will be confiscated, and the student may be suspended.
- No student should leave the campus without proper permission from the warden and the Principal.
- Parents or local guardians can visit only on scheduled Sundays between 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. After weekend outings, students must return before 5:00 p.m.
- Students must return to the hostel before 8:00 p.m. after holidays. Entry will not be allowed after this time.
- Parents/guardians must meet their children only in the visitors’ room. They are not allowed inside classrooms or hostels.
- Hostel students must arrive at school by 8:55 a.m. Morning assembly begins at 9:00 a.m.
- No leave will be granted during school working days except for unavoidable situations.
- Celebrating birthdays with cakes, decorations, or return gifts is not allowed. Only chocolates may be distributed.
- Hostel students must adhere to the rules provided to them at the time of hostel admission.
Leave Application
- Parents are advised not to allow their ward to miss the first or last working day of any term.
- Leave for 1 to 3 days must be clearly mentioned in the leave letter and may be applied for in advance.
- For long leave due to participation in events at the District, State, National or International level, a leave application must be submitted in advance along with a letter of participation addressed to the Principal. Approval will be at the discretion of the school.
- In case of medical leave, a leave application along with a medical certificate must be submitted on the day the student returns to school.
- If absent on an assessment day, prior information with a valid reason must be given to the Principal. Parents may contact the class teacher through the school office for homework or class updates.
